希腊边境迁居补贴平台开放 定居可获1万欧元 范围扩至十一个地区
希腊社会凝聚与家庭部长多姆娜·米哈伊利杜（Domna Michailidou）在 SKAI 电视台宣布，扩围后的"迁居计划"申请平台于10月14日（周三）开放：愿意在希腊边境地区永久定居的公民可获得1万欧元补贴，其中50%预付。
该计划此前在埃夫罗斯（Evros）实施，现扩展至基尔基斯、弗洛里纳、卡斯托里亚、兹拉马、佩拉、格雷韦纳、科扎尼、塞雷斯、约阿尼纳与塞斯普罗蒂亚共十个地区。居住在希腊国内或国外的公民如选择在上述地区永久定居均可申请。计划经简化后，申请人不再需要证明在定居地就业，只需在当地拥有或租有住房，迁居目的地也可以是城镇而不仅是村庄。
米哈伊利杜同时介绍了配套住房工具："翻新计划"（Anakainizo）的文件提交将在十天内启动，补贴最高可覆盖合格费用的95%、每套住房上限3.6万欧元，前提是房屋进行轻度能效升级；该计划已发出约9.4万张证书。她还提到新的"我的家 III"（Spiti mou III）计划，将再帮助约2万名公民购买首套住房，覆盖25至55岁人群，房价上限30万欧元，贷款最高23万欧元，夫妻收入上限3.5万欧元，每个孩子再增加7,000欧元。
Greece Opens Relocation Platform: €10,000 Grant to Settle in Border Regions
Greece's expanded Relocation Program platform opened on Wednesday, October 14, Minister of Social Cohesion and Family Domna Michailidou announced on SKAI TV. Citizens who settle permanently in the country's border regions can receive €10,000, with 50% of the amount paid in advance.
After Evros, the program is expanding to Kilkis, Florina, Kastoria, Drama, Pella, Grevena, Kozani, Serres, Ioannina and Thesprotia. Citizens living either in Greece or abroad who choose to settle permanently in the participating areas are eligible. The program has been simplified:applicants no longer need to prove that they work in the place where they are settling; it is enough to own or rent a home in the area, and the relocation can also be to a town, not only to a village.
Michailidou also outlined linked housing tools. Document submission for the "Anakainizo" (I Renovate) program will begin within ten days; its subsidy can cover up to 95% of eligible expenses and up to €36,000 per home, provided the property undergoes a light energy upgrade, and about 94,000 certificates have already been issued. Under the new "Spiti mou III" (My Home III) program, about 20,000 more citizens will be able to buy a first home: it covers ages 25 to 55, homes worth up to €300,000, and loans of up to €230,000, with an income limit of €35,000 for couples, increasing by €7,000 for each child.
