圣克莱门特：OCTA集水墙完工，海滩步道重开
橙县交通局（OCTA）宣布，圣克莱门特马里波萨角（Mariposa Point）铁路加固项目完工，海滩步道已于10月9日重新开放。该项目总耗资9300万美元，新建一道长1400英尺的集水墙，保护洛杉矶—圣迭戈铁路走廊免受峭壁落石与侵蚀影响；其中重新开放的海滩步道部分耗资2400万美元，由州与联邦资金支持。OCTA表示，铁路沿线还将继续推进峭壁加固与沙土补充工作。
San Clemente: OCTA Completes Catchment Wall, Reopens Beach Trail
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) announced that its rail-protection project at Mariposa Point in San Clemente is complete, and the beach trail reopened on October 9. The $93 million project built a 1,400-foot catchment wall to protect the Los Angeles–San Diego rail corridor from bluff debris and erosion; the reopened beach trail portion cost $24 million, funded by state and federal sources. OCTA said reinforcement and sand-replenishment work along the corridor will continue.
