尔湾：罢工致鲍尔曼填埋场服务受扰，堆肥活动取消
尔湾市政府10月13日通报，受橙县与卡车司机工会合同纠纷引发的罢工影响，位于尔湾的弗兰克·鲍尔曼垃圾填埋场运营受扰。填埋场仍开放接收垃圾，但可能延误；公共堆肥领取、沥青与土壤配送暂停，10月17日堆肥发放活动取消。市府提醒避开比峡谷通道一带。
Irvine: Strike Disrupts Bowerman Landfill Services; Compost Event Canceled
The City of Irvine announced on October 13 that operations at the Frank R. Bowerman Landfill in Irvine have been disrupted by a strike arising from a contract dispute between Orange County and the Teamsters union. The landfill remains open and accepting waste, though delays may occur; public compost pickup and asphalt and soil delivery are suspended, and the October 17 compost distribution event has been canceled. The city advised the public to avoid the Bee Canyon Access Road area.
