帕萨迪纳公布CicLAvia路线细节：2.7英里串联老城与南湖大道，11月15日无车开放
帕萨迪纳市10月13日发布最新通告，公布开放街道活动CicLAvia—Pasadena的路线与交通安排细节。该活动将于11月15日（周日）上午9点至下午3点举行，由市政府与非盈利组织CicLAvia合作举办，部分资金由洛杉矶Metro提供，免费参加。这是CicLAvia时隔11年重返帕萨迪纳——上一次在该市举办还是2015年5月。本站此前已报道该活动宣布举行的消息。
活动路线全长2.7英里：科罗拉多大道（Colorado Boulevard，Pasadena Avenue至Allen Avenue）与雷蒙德大道（Raymond Avenue，Pacific Alley至Dayton Street），穿过帕萨迪纳老城、剧场村（Playhouse Village）与南湖大道（South Lake Avenue），连接Metro的纪念公园站与德尔马站。机动车可在6个主要路口穿行路线。路线沿线设两个活动中心——纪念公园与科罗拉多大道夹Allen Avenue处——提供免费家庭活动、洗手间、免费饮水补给、免费基础自行车维修、自行车停放、座椅与急救服务，信息亭还提供免费三轮车（pedicab）乘车。
市府另设两段“慢行街道”临时自行车道：核桃大道（Walnut Avenue）西段1.0英里（Raymond Avenue至Orange Grove Boulevard，延续至玫瑰碗附近的Rosemont Avenue），以及科罗拉多大道1.0英里（Allen Avenue至San Gabriel Boulevard）。
交通安排方面，11月15日上午7点至下午5点路线封闭机动车；凌晨4点起路线沿线禁止停车并拖车执法。市政府将于10月15日（周四）下午5:30举行线上社区说明会（Zoom链接bit.ly/ciclavia_pasadena_CM），提供西班牙语翻译。
活动规则为仅限人力车辆参与：禁止电动滑板车、电动滑板、悬浮滑板、电动独轮车与摩托车；1级电助力自行车可参加，2级须关闭油门，3级须关闭电助力；手动及电动轮椅允许通行。
帕萨迪纳市长维克多·M·戈多（Victor M. Gordo）在通告中说：“CicLAvia是把社区凝聚在一起、庆祝帕萨迪纳充满活力的街区、以全新方式体验街道的好机会。”通告同时提及科罗拉多大道150周年与66号公路百年纪念。CicLAvia执行董事罗梅尔·帕斯夸尔（Romel Pascual）说：“CicLAvia上一次在帕萨迪纳办活动还是11年前，我们非常高兴能回来。”
CicLAvia受哥伦比亚波哥大每周“ciclovía”启发，自2010年起在洛杉矶地区封闭街道举办活动，累计参与人数近200万人次、开放街道总长超过387英里。

Pasadena Releases CicLAvia Route Details: 2.7 Car-Free Miles Through Old Pasadena and South Lake on November 15
The City of Pasadena released updated details on October 13 for CicLAvia—Pasadena, its open-streets event set for Sunday, November 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The free event, produced with the nonprofit CicLAvia and partly funded by LA Metro, returns to Pasadena after 11 years; the city last hosted one in May 2015. The 2.7-mile route follows Colorado Boulevard (Pasadena Avenue to Allen Avenue) and Raymond Avenue (Pacific Alley to Dayton Street) through Old Pasadena, Playhouse Village and South Lake Avenue, connecting Metro's Memorial Park and Del Mar stations. Cars will be permitted to cross the route at six key intersections. Two activity hubs — at Memorial Park and at Colorado Boulevard and Allen Avenue — will offer free family-friendly activities, restrooms, free water refill stations, free basic bike repair, bike parking, places to sit, and first aid, with free pedicab rides available at each hub's information booth.
The city will also set up two temporary "Slow Streets" bike lanes: a 1.0-mile western segment on Walnut Avenue (Raymond Avenue to Orange Grove Boulevard, continuing to Rosemont Avenue near the Rose Bowl) and a 1.0-mile segment of Colorado Boulevard (Allen Avenue to San Gabriel Boulevard).
The route closes to cars from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on November 15, with no parking on the route beginning at 4 a.m. and towing enforced. A virtual community meeting will be held Thursday, October 15, at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom (bit.ly/ciclavia_pasadena_CM), with Spanish translation provided.
Only people-powered vehicles are allowed: electric scooters, electric skateboards, hoverboards, electric unicycles and motorcycles are prohibited; Class 1 e-bikes are allowed, Class 2 with the throttle powered off and Class 3 with pedal assist powered off; manual and motorized wheelchairs are permitted.
"CicLAvia is a wonderful opportunity to bring our community together, celebrate Pasadena's vibrant neighborhoods, and experience our streets in a new way," Pasadena Mayor Victor M. Gordo said in the announcement, which also noted Colorado Boulevard's 150th anniversary and this year's Route 66 centennial. "It's been 11 years since CicLAvia held a Pasadena event, and we are thrilled to be returning," said CicLAvia Executive Director Romel Pascual.
Inspired by Bogotá's weekly ciclovía, CicLAvia has been closing streets across the Los Angeles area since 2010, drawing nearly two million participants over more than 387 miles of open streets.
