圣马科斯市10月24日办十月步道夜话 以夜行动物为主题
据圣马科斯市（City of San Marcos）官网活动页信息，该市「步道夜话」（Trail Talk）系列10月场次定于10月24日（周六）在湖景公园（Lakeview Park）举行，公园地址为 Foxhall Drive 650 号，圣马科斯市（San Marcos, CA 92078）。活动傍晚6时开始签到，节目6时30分开始。
本场主题为「暗夜生物：万圣节特辑」（Creatures of the Dark: Halloween Edition），是一场面向家庭的夜间步道活动，内容围绕蝙蝠、蜘蛛、飞蛾、猫头鹰等夜行动物展开，介绍与这些动物有关的常见说法与它们真实的适应方式，以及它们在生态系统中的作用。

San Marcos to Host October Trail Talk on Nocturnal Creatures on Oct. 24
According to the City of San Marcos events page, the October edition of the city's Trail Talk series will be held on Saturday, October 24, at Lakeview Park, 650 Foxhall Drive, San Marcos, CA 92078. Sign-in begins at 6:00 p.m., and the program starts at 6:30 p.m.
Titled "Creatures of the Dark: Halloween Edition," the family-friendly evening trail program focuses on bats, spiders, moths, owls and other nocturnal creatures, covering common myths about these animals, their actual adaptations, and the roles they play in the ecosystem.
