圣贝纳迪诺县免费法律服务流动车 10 月 14 日到赫斯珀里亚：可办记录清除、法庭事项与罚款处理
圣贝纳迪诺县公设辩护人办公室（Public Defender）的流动辩护计划（Mobile Defense Program）将于 10 月 14 日（周三）中午 12 点半至下午 4 点开到赫斯珀里亚市（Hesperia），在 Abundant Living Family Church High Desert 教会（17555 Mauna Loa St., Hesperia）为居民提供免费法律协助与县级、社区资源对接，本次活动与该教会及 High Desert Black Worker Center 合办。公设辩护人办公室现场可办理的事项包括：犯罪记录清除、圣贝纳迪诺县案件的流动法庭协助、处理法庭传唤未到庭的逮捕令（bench warrants）、修改轻罪简易缓刑、重新报名参加法庭要求的课程，以及处理未缴罚款。此外，圣贝纳迪诺高等法院自助中心与圣贝纳迪诺法律援助协会也将到场，提供家事法、子女抚养、监护、房东房客纠纷、小额索赔等民事法律咨询。县箭头地区医疗中心（Arrowhead Regional Medical Center）、县子女抚养服务局、人力资源局与过渡援助局等部门将设点，社区组织则提供就业辅导、住房与求职准备、健康服务与重返社会项目等资源。记录清除服务目前仍可登记，有意者可经县公设辩护人官网 PD.SBCounty.gov 了解详情并报名。（来源：Victorville Daily Press 引圣贝纳迪诺县公设辩护人办公室活动公告，2026 年 10 月 7 日）
San Bernardino County Mobile Defense Unit Brings Free Legal Help to Hesperia Oct. 14: Record Clearing, Court Matters and Fines
The San Bernardino County Public Defender's Mobile Defense Program will bring free legal assistance and access to county and community resources to Hesperia on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 12:30 to 4 p.m. at Abundant Living Family Church High Desert, 17555 Mauna Loa St., Hesperia, in partnership with the church and the High Desert Black Worker Center. At the event, the Public Defender's Office will provide record-clearing services, mobile court assistance for San Bernardino County cases, help addressing bench warrants, modifying misdemeanor summary probation, re-enrolling in court-required classes and resolving outstanding fines. Additional legal support will be available through San Bernardino Superior Court Self-Help and the Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino, covering family law, child support, guardianship, landlord-tenant matters, small claims and other civil legal needs. Participating county departments include Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Child Support Services, the Human Resources Department and the Transitional Assistance Department, and community organizations will offer workforce empowerment, housing and job-readiness support, health and wellness services and reentry programs.
