费城迎3.7亿美元投资 Burlington总部迁西费城五年新增2000岗位
宾夕法尼亚州州长乔什·夏皮罗（Josh Shapiro）、费城市长谢丽尔·帕克（Cherelle L. Parker）与州社区与经济发展部部长里克·西格（Rick Siger）10月共同宣布：宾州已拿下Burlington Stores Inc. 3.7亿美元投资，这家零售巨头将把企业总部迁往费城。
根据协议，宾州将出资3,000万美元支持该项目。Burlington公司将购置西费城Market Street 3151号（Schuylkill Yards片区）物业作为新总部，并在未来五年内至少创造2,000个新工作岗位。
Burlington Stores是美国增长最快的零售商之一，截至2026年8月1日在全美47个州运营1,300家门店。

Burlington Stores to Relocate HQ to Philadelphia in $370M Deal, Creating 2,000 Jobs Over Five Years
Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle L. Parker and Department of Community and Economic Development Secretary Rick Siger announced in October that the Commonwealth has secured a $370 million investment from Burlington Stores Inc. to relocate its corporate headquarters to Philadelphia.
The Commonwealth is investing $30 million to support the project. The company is purchasing property at 3151 Market Street in West Philadelphia's Schuylkill Yards district to serve as Burlington's headquarters, and will create at least 2,000 new jobs over the next five years.
Burlington Stores is one of the fastest-growing retailers in America, operating 1,300 stores across 47 states as of August 1, 2026.
The Shapiro Administration said Pennsylvania is the only Northeast state with a growing economy and the region's top state for business. Since taking office, the administration has competed for and won more than $43 billion in private-sector investments that are creating nearly 29,000 jobs and driving economic growth across the Commonwealth.
