鲁比奥与哥伦比亚总统德拉埃斯普列拉通话，重申“重振”的美哥伙伴关系
美国国务院发言人办公室10月12日发布通话纪要：国务卿马尔科·鲁比奥当天与哥伦比亚总统阿韦拉多·德拉埃斯普列拉通电话，重申正在“重振”的美哥伙伴关系。
纪要称，鲁比奥欢迎哥伦比亚在推进两国共同优先事项方面所作的努力，以及其为建设一个安全、稳固、繁荣的半球所作的持续贡献。
德拉埃斯普列拉今年8月7日就任哥伦比亚总统，被视为立场亲美的右翼领导人。鲁比奥9月曾到访哥伦比亚，在巴兰基亚与他会晤，讨论打击毒品走私与跨国犯罪集团的安保合作、经贸联系及地区安全，并签署民用核能与关键矿产合作框架谅解备忘录。此次通话是两国关系升温的又一信号。

Rubio Calls Colombian President De La Espriella, Reaffirms "Reinvigorated" U.S.-Colombia Partnership
Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke on October 12 with Colombian President Abelardo De La Espriella to reaffirm the reinvigorated U.S.-Colombia partnership, according to a State Department readout attributable to Spokesman Tommy Pigott.
The Secretary welcomed Colombia's efforts in advancing shared priorities and its continued contributions to a safe, secure, and prosperous hemisphere.
De La Espriella took office on August 7. Rubio visited Colombia in September, meeting the president in Barranquilla to discuss security cooperation against drug trafficking and transnational criminal groups, economic ties, and regional security, and signing framework memorandums on civil nuclear cooperation and critical minerals.
