西湖村市推出"与市经理面对面"新栏目，首期聚焦住房建设与分区规划
据西湖村市官网10月6日发布的新闻快讯，市政府推出全新栏目"Sit Down with the City Manager"（与市经理面对面）。在首期节目中，副市经理卡莱布·莫特（Caleb Mott）与市经理罗布·德赫斯（Rob de Geus）坐下来，围绕西湖村的住房建设议题展开对话。
节目中，两人解读了州政府的住房建设强制要求、本地重新分区（rezoning）的规定，以及市政府如何通过北商务园特定计划（North Business Park Specific Plan）等举措，主动引导未来发展、守护西湖村独特的社区风貌。节目还介绍了居民如何参与即将举行的社区开放日（Community Open Houses）和"与规划师喝咖啡"（Coffee with the Planner）活动，发表自己的意见。

Westlake Village Launches "Sit Down with the City Manager" Series on Housing Development
According to a News Flash posted October 6 on the City of Westlake Village's official website, the City has launched a new segment, "Sit Down with the City Manager." In the debut episode, Deputy City Manager Caleb Mott sits down with City Manager Rob de Geus to talk about housing development in Westlake Village.
The discussion breaks down state housing mandates and local rezoning requirements, and explains how the City is proactively guiding future growth — such as through the North Business Park Specific Plan — to preserve Westlake Village's unique character. It also tells residents how they can share their voice at upcoming Community Open Houses and "Coffee with the Planner" events.
