Bally's澄清：新赌场度假村不会与运动家队球场2028年同步开业
Bally's 高管周四向内华达州博彩监管机构澄清：公司从未计划让大道上的新赌场度假村与奥克兰运动家队（A's）耗资20亿美元的棒球场在2028年4月同步开业。
这一表态是在内华达州博彩委员会的牌照听证会上作出的。此前有报道称 Bally's 建设"滞后"，拖累了运动家队拉斯维加斯球场梦。代表 Bally's 的律师丹·里瑟表示，公开流传的时间表是错的："2028年4月的期限是球场开业、棒球赛季开打，指的是零售区、停车楼、公用设施和广场，而不是酒店塔楼——塔楼要晚得多。"
热带花园酒店（Tropicana）2024年爆破拆除，为运动家队球场和未来的 Bally's 度假村让路。Bally's 曾希望2026年上半年动工，但公司在克拉克县的土地使用申请仍在审批中，两座酒店塔楼的高度还需联邦航空管理局（FAA）最终批准。公司表示仍锚定8月完成项目融资的最后期限。
运动家队球场选址原热带花园地块，是职业棒球时隔数十年重返拉斯维加斯的关键一步。
Bally's Says New Vegas Casino Resort Was Never Meant to Open Alongside A's Stadium in 2028
Bally's executives told Nevada gaming regulators Thursday that the company never planned to open a new Strip casino-resort by April 2028, pushing back on assumptions that its two luxury hotel towers would debut alongside the Oakland Athletics' $2 billion ballpark on the former Tropicana site.
The clarification came during a Nevada Gaming Commission licensing hearing, following reports that Bally's construction was "lagging" and complicating the A's Las Vegas ballpark plans. Attorney Dan Reaser, representing Bally's, said the public timeline was wrong: "The April 2028 timeline is for the stadium to open and for the baseball season to proceed — for the retail district, parking garage, utilities, and plaza, but not the towers that come at a later date."
The Tropicana was demolished and imploded in 2024 to clear the way. Bally's land-use applications remain pending with Clark County and the company is still awaiting FAA height clearances for its two planned hotel towers.
