The biggest gaming story this week still belongs to 'GTA 6': Rockstar gave a closer look at how robberies and partner getaways will work, showing how players plan their crimes in advance and coordinate escapes with a partner. It is one of the most detailed gameplay reveals from the studio in recent months, offering a glimpse into the depth of the blockbuster's crime systems.
Netflix is betting on cloud gaming plus horror IP: the interactive horror game 'The Conjuring: Unspoken,' set in the Conjuring universe, arrives on Netflix on Oct. 13, turning the franchise's scares into playable cloud content.
Fighting game '2XKO' is gearing up for its final content drop, with Sett added as a surprise extra champion.
Elsewhere: 'Warhammer Survivors' is lining up a November launch, bringing bullet-heaven gameplay to both Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar; 'Silver Palace' opened recruitment for its Private Investigator test project. In reviews this week, 'Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve' and 'Star Wars: Galactic Racer' earned praise for strong core gameplay, with multiplayer issues and repetitive mechanics the main deductions.
