DOVER, Del. — The Delaware Department of Elections reminded residents on October 7 that eligible Delawareans who are not yet registered to vote must register by Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. in order to vote in the November 3, 2026, General Election.
To register to vote in Delaware, a resident must: be a citizen of the United States; be a resident of Delaware; be 18 years old on or before November 3, 2026; not currently be serving a sentence for a felony conviction; not have been convicted of a disqualifying felony (unless pardoned); and not have been found by a court to be mentally incompetent to vote.
