科罗纳多市火鸡涂色比赛回归，幼儿园至五年级学生10月1日起可投稿
据科罗纳多市官网消息，深受喜爱的火鸡涂色比赛（Turkey Coloring Contest）2026年回归。从10月1日起，幼儿园至五年级的学生可以用蜡笔、马克笔或彩色铅笔，创作属于自己的感恩节火鸡艺术作品。
本届比赛由市康乐与高尔夫服务部主办，科罗纳多青年妇女俱乐部（Coronado Junior Woman's Club）赞助。参赛作品可于10月1日至11月5日期间，投递到社区中心大厅内的节日"比赛投递烤箱"（contest dropbox oven）。获奖作品将于11月17日（星期二）的市议会会议上受到表彰。
参赛者需先查阅比赛规则并打印2026年火鸡涂色比赛参赛表格。更多信息可致电(619) 522-7342咨询。据市官网介绍，这是科罗纳多深受孩子们喜爱的节日传统，每年感恩节前夕举行。参赛表格需从市官网下载打印，填写后与作品一并投入社区中心大厅的投递箱，获奖名单将在11月17日市议会会议上公布并表彰。该通知于10月1日在市官网发布。
Coronado Turkey Coloring Contest Returns; Entries Accepted October 1 through November 5
According to the City of Coronado's official website, the beloved Turkey Coloring Contest is back for 2026. Starting October 1, kindergarten through fifth-grade students can create their own colorful Thanksgiving turkey artwork using crayons, markers or colored pencils.
The contest is hosted by the City's Recreation and Golf Services Department and proudly sponsored by the Coronado Junior Woman's Club. Entries can be submitted in the festive "contest dropbox oven" in the Community Center lobby from October 1 through November 5. Winning entries will be honored during the City Council meeting on Tuesday, November 17.
Participants should review the contest rules and print the 2026 Turkey Coloring Contest form. For more information, call (619) 522-7342. The notice was posted on the City's website on October 1.
