洪玛奈抵达巴库开启阿塞拜疆正式访问 将出席CICA峰会并续程土耳其哈萨克斯坦
柬埔寨首相洪玛奈10月11日抵达阿塞拜疆首都巴库，开启正式访问。阿塞拜疆国家通讯社AzerNews报道，洪玛奈与夫人Pich Chanmony在盖达尔·阿利耶夫国际机场受到仪仗队欢迎，阿塞拜疆副总理Samir Sharifov、副外长Elnur Mammadov等官员到机场迎接。
按行程，洪玛奈将出席10月15日举行的亚洲相互协作与信任措施会议（CICA）峰会，10月16日转赴土耳其，10月17日在哈萨克斯坦结束此行。这是柬埔寨首相近年来少有的高加索—中亚多国连访。
洪玛奈在后续会谈中转达了柬埔寨国王诺罗敦·西哈莫尼与前首相、现任参议院主席洪森对阿塞拜疆总统阿利耶夫的问候。两国建交三十余年，经贸规模不大，此访意在把政治关系转化为具体的贸易与投资合作。
对柬埔寨而言，在东盟之外的伙伴多元化是近年外交主线之一：能源、清真食品认证与纺织原料等议题，都可能成为金边与巴库合作清单上的新项目。洪玛奈的专机此行也向外界展示，柬埔寨正把外交半径扩展到高加索。
Hun Manet Arrives in Baku for Official Visit to Azerbaijan Ahead of CICA Summit
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet arrived in Baku on October 11 to begin an official visit to Azerbaijan. AzerNews reported that Hun Manet and his wife, Pich Chanmony, were welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by a guard of honour, Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov, Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov and other officials, with the flags of both countries flying.
Under the itinerary, Hun Manet will attend the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) summit on October 15, travel to Türkiye on October 16, and conclude the tour in Kazakhstan on October 17 — a rare Caucasus and Central Asia swing for a Cambodian premier.
Hun Manet conveyed greetings from King Norodom Sihamoni and from Senate President Hun Sen to President Ilham Aliyev. Cambodia and Azerbaijan established relations more than three decades ago, but trade remains modest, and the visit aims to convert political ties into concrete trade and investment cooperation.
Partner diversification beyond ASEAN has been a theme of Cambodia's recent diplomacy, with energy, halal food certification and textile inputs among the topics Phnom Penh sees as potential new areas of cooperation with Baku.
