三国马拉松在布雷根茨冲线 埃塞俄比亚选手特费拉以2小时08分49秒打破赛道纪录
第24届Sparkasse三国马拉松10月11日（周日）在奥地利西部举行。赛事从德国博登湖畔林道的港口出发，经奥地利洛豪、布雷根茨、哈德、富萨赫和赫希斯特，越过老莱茵河进入瑞士圣马格雷滕，再沿新莱茵河折返奥地利，穿过梅雷劳修道院，最终在布雷根茨的博登湖体育场冲线，全程42.195公里，一条赛道跨越三个国家。
男子组冠军是埃塞俄比亚选手菲克雷·贝克勒·特费拉，成绩2小时08分49秒，成为该赛事历史上首位跑进2小时09分的选手，并打破肯尼亚选手马克·科斯盖·基普图2023年创造的2小时09分15秒赛道纪录。特费拉在最后一个公里确立优势，以6秒之差击败肯尼亚选手拉加特·科斯马斯·基普利莫（2小时08分55秒）；第三名迪克森·基普罗普的2小时09分12秒同样优于旧纪录。特费拉自2022年起也是林茨马拉松的赛道纪录保持者。
女子组冠军是德国选手德博拉·舍内博恩，成绩2小时41分56秒；其双胞胎妹妹拉贝娅在前半程陪跑后按计划退出。女子第二、三名分别为苏珊·维特（2小时47分45秒）和丽莎·马德勒纳（2小时50分29秒）。半程马拉松冠军为肯尼亚选手布莱恩·基普琼巴（1小时04分28秒）和德国选手卡罗琳·菲伦（1小时17分54秒）。
本届赛事为第24届，首届于2001年10月7日举行。除全程马拉松外，周末还设有半程、四分之一马拉松、接力、北欧式健走和青少年跑，儿童马拉松已于10月10日（周六）先行举行。奥地利广播公司（ORF）赛前预计整个周末将有超过14,000名跑者参加，选手来自90多个国家；2025年一届曾有来自约96个国家的12,000多名选手参赛。ORF体育频道今年首次对该赛事进行电视直播。

Tefera Breaks Course Record at the Three-Country Marathon in Bregenz
The 24th Sparkasse Three-Country Marathon was held in western Austria on Sunday, October 11. Starting at the harbour of Lindau on Lake Constance in Germany, the 42.195-kilometre course runs through Lochau, Bregenz, Hard, Fußach and Höchst in Austria, crosses the Old Rhine into St. Margrethen in Switzerland, and returns along the New Rhine into Austria, passing Mehrerau Abbey before finishing at the Bodensee Stadium in Bregenz — one course crossing three national borders.
Ethiopia's Fikre Bekele Tefera won the men's race in 2 hours, 8 minutes and 49 seconds, becoming the first runner in the event's history to break 2:09 and lowering the course record of 2:09:15 set by Kenya's Mark Kosgei Kiptoo in 2023. Tefera pulled clear in the final kilometre to beat Kenya's Lagat Cosmas Kiplimo by six seconds (2:08:55); third-placed Dickson Kiprop, in 2:09:12, also finished inside the old record. Tefera has also held the Linz Marathon course record since 2022.
Germany's Deborah Schöneborn won the women's race in 2:41:56, after her twin sister Rabea, who had accompanied her over the first half, stepped out as planned. Susan Witte was second in 2:47:45 and Lisa Madlener third in 2:50:29. The half marathon was won by Kenya's Brian Kipchumba in 1:04:28 and Germany's Carolin Führen in 1:17:54.
First held on October 7, 2001, the event was staged for the 24th time. Alongside the marathon, the weekend programme included a half marathon, a quarter marathon, a relay, Nordic walking and a youth run; the children's marathon had taken place on Saturday, October 10. Ahead of the race, broadcaster ORF expected a record field of more than 14,000 runners across the weekend, from more than 90 nations; the 2025 edition had drawn over 12,000 athletes from around 96 nations. ORF SPORT + carried the race live on television for the first time this year.
