赖清德双十国庆演讲：珍惜和平不放弃自由 北京痛批“别有用心”
台湾总统赖清德 10 月 10 日在总统府外发表双十国庆演讲，强调“台湾珍惜和平，但我们不会放弃我们的自由”。他说，台湾对交流持开放态度，但“不接受附属”；和平不能只靠“愿望”，必须靠实力守护，并指增加防务投资不是挑衅，而是为了吓阻战争。
赖清德指出，面对“威权扩张”，台湾的坚持不只是攸关自身存亡，更关乎国际社会是否仍相信“武力不能凌驾规则、强者不能剥夺人民决定未来的权利”。他说，强化自我防卫不是放弃对话，而是为了确保对话能在“对等与尊严”的基础上进行。
中国国台办迅速回击，称赖清德演讲“罔顾事实、歪曲真相、误导民众、别有用心”，指责他顽固坚持“台独”分裂思维、渲染“大陆威胁”。国台办重申“世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国的一部分，这是台海真正的现状”，台湾前途“必须由包括台湾同胞在内的全体中国人民共同决定”。
背景是近年来大陆对台军事与政治压力持续升高。台湾正加速国防开支、推动军力现代化，但仍面对解放军在体量与装备上的优势——包括隐形战机、航母与大量导弹。2024 年赖清德首次发表双十演说后，大陆曾举行环台军演。
分析认为，此次演讲延续了赖清德“和平靠实力”的主轴。台湾民众与国际社会关注的焦点仍是：演说之后，大陆是否会再次以军演回应台海局势。
Taiwan's Lai Says Island Will Not Give Up Freedom; Beijing Denounces 'Ulterior Motives'
Taiwan President Lai Ching-te said on Saturday in his National Day address outside the Presidential Office that "Taiwan cherishes peace, but we will not give up our freedom," adding that the island is open to exchanges but "will not accept subordination."
Lai said peace cannot rely solely on "wishes" and must be backed by strength, insisting that increased defense investment is aimed not at provocation but at deterring war. Strengthening self-defense, he said, ensures that dialogue can take place "on the basis of parity and dignity."
Beijing quickly denounced the speech. China's Taiwan Affairs Office accused Lai of "disregarding facts, distorting the truth, misleading the public, and revealing ulterior motives," saying he clung to "Taiwan independence" separatist thinking and hyped the "threat from the mainland." It restated that there is only one China in the world and Taiwan is part of it, adding that Taiwan's future "can and must be decided jointly by all the Chinese people."
The speech comes amid intensifying military and political pressure from Beijing. Taiwan is ramping up defense spending and modernizing its armed forces but faces China's far larger military, which is adding stealth fighter jets, aircraft carriers and large missile arsenals. After Lai's first National Day speech in 2024, China staged war games around the island.
Attention now turns to whether Beijing will respond with new military exercises, as it has done after past high-profile speeches.
