阿罕布拉市选票上的HT提案拟将现行12%的酒店税扩展至爱彼迎、Vrbo等短期租赁，预计每年可增加约13.4万美元收入，用于911应急响应、消防保护与公园。市府表示，短期租赁同样使用城市服务，应与酒店承担相同的税负。提案不改变本地居民的一般税率，是否通过由该市选民在选举中决定。
Alhambra Hotel Tax Measure Would Extend to Short-Term Rentals, Raising an Estimated $134,000 a Year
Measure HT on Alhambra's ballot would extend the city's existing 12% hotel tax to short-term rentals such as Airbnb and Vrbo, generating an estimated $134,000 a year for 911 emergency response, fire protection and parks. City officials say short-term rentals use the same city services and should bear the same tax as hotels. The measure does not change the general tax rate for local residents; voters will decide it at the election.
