内华达州州长乔·隆巴多10月8日在弗恩利市参加 Wilson Landing 住宅项目破土仪式。该项目计划兴建37套面积约1,300至1,700平方英尺的自住房，面向收入不超过地区中位收入150%的家庭。

Fernley Affordable Housing Project Breaks Ground With State Support
Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo joined local leaders in Fernley on October 8 to break ground on Wilson Landing, a planned 37-home development for households earning up to 150 percent of area median income. The homes are expected to range from about 1,300 to 1,700 square feet.
The Nevada Housing Division approved a $5 million low-interest loan through the Nevada Attainable Housing Account. State officials said repaid funds can be reinvested in future projects to expand homeownership for working families. (Source: Office of the Governor of Nevada)
