Montana Suspends Dyed-Fuel Enforcement for Farm and Timber Commercial Vehicles for 45 Days
Lieutenant Governor Kristen Juras issued Executive Order 11-2026 temporarily suspending enforcement of dyed-fuel provisions for commercial motor vehicles engaged in agriculture and timber business, effective for 45 days until November 23, 2026. Governor Gianforte said the order will help bring relief for transporting essential goods including agricultural commodities, livestock feed and timber products, noting he delegated the issuance to the lieutenant governor while leading an international trade mission to India.
