Missouri Expands Diesel Relief Order for Farmers and Truckers
Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe signed Executive Order 26-20 on October 9, expanding last week's agricultural transportation relief. The new order allows dyed diesel fuel to be used on state highways by all motor vehicles for any purpose, rather than only for farm use, and extends the temporary increase in allowable weights for agricultural hauling amid higher fuel and input costs.
The governor's office said the action aligns Missouri with federal diesel tax relief to lower transportation costs across the supply chain and ease everyday expenses for families, businesses and consumers.
