Michigan Backs Redevelopment, New Housing in Calumet and Grand Haven
Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced on October 8 that redevelopment projects in Calumet and Grand Haven will receive support from the Revitalization and Placemaking program and the Michigan Community Revitalization Program. The mixed-use projects will reactivate vacant properties into new housing and commercial space across both peninsulas, generating more than $5.9 million in total capital investment.
