格芯发布 FDX Fusion 物理 AI 芯片平台 德累斯顿 11 亿欧元扩产封顶
半导体制造商格芯（GlobalFoundries）10月9日在德国德累斯顿宣布，推出新一代芯片平台 FDX Fusion，专为机器人、自动驾驶机器和工业系统等「物理 AI」应用设计。新平台将把接近 7 纳米级的数字性能与模拟、射频和嵌入式存储整合到同一制程上，主打低功耗——让机器在现场就能感知、计算和实时反应，而不是把一切都送回耗电巨大的数据中心。

GlobalFoundries Unveils FDX Fusion Physical AI Platform as €1.1B Dresden Expansion Tops Out
GlobalFoundries on October 9 unveiled FDX Fusion, a next-generation chip platform designed for 'Physical AI' applications such as robots, autonomous machines and industrial systems. The platform aims to combine 7nm-class digital performance with analog, RF and embedded-memory functions on a single energy-efficient process, so machines can sense, compute and react in real time instead of sending everything back to power-hungry data centers.
The announcement came as the company topped out its SPRINT expansion in Dresden, Germany. The €1.1 billion project is expected to raise annual capacity to more than one million 300mm wafers by the end of 2028, making Dresden Europe's largest foundry site.
