联邦学生援助系统迁移出问题 学校借款人抗辩功能暂时下线
美国教育部下属联邦学生援助办公室（FSA）10月9日更新公告称，学校用于回应学生借款人抗辩申请的功能在系统迁移后出现问题，已暂时从 FSA Partner Connect 下线修复。该功能原在10月4日由旧系统迁入新平台，学校目前无法在系统内处理相关通知。

FSA Temporarily Removes Borrower Defense Function for Schools After System Move
Federal Student Aid, part of the U.S. Department of Education, said in an Oct. 9 update that the school-facing borrower defense function was temporarily removed from FSA Partner Connect after a problem was found following the system's Oct. 4 transition. Schools currently cannot access the function while FSA works on a fix.
FSA said response deadlines for affected borrower-defense notifications will be extended, and schools do not need to act until further guidance is issued.
