德州推企业备案“快速通道”：在线办理最快当天完成
德州州长格雷格·阿博特10月8日宣布，州务卿办公室升级后的在线门户推出名为“Texas Express”（德州快速）的加速备案通道，企业提交的文件最快可当天或次日处理完毕。 此次升级后，可在线办理的文件类型进一步扩围，企业合并、企业形式转换等手续都能在网上完成，不必再邮寄纸质材料或亲赴州府排队。 州长办公室表示，德州现有活跃商业实体超过320万家，远高于2015年的约140万家、十年间翻了一倍多。州政府称，持续简化注册与备案流程，是德州吸引企业落户、保持营商便利的重要一环。（据德州州长办公室消息）
Texas Launches 'Texas Express' Fast Lane for Business Filings With Same-Day Processing
Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced on Oct. 8 that the Secretary of State's upgraded online portal now offers an expedited filing option called "Texas Express," with business documents processed as fast as the same or next day. With the upgrade, more document types can be filed online, including business mergers and entity conversions, without mailing paper forms or traveling to the capital. The governor's office said Texas now has more than 3.2 million active business entities, up from about 1.4 million in 2015 — more than doubling in a decade. The state says streamlining registration and filing remains part of keeping Texas business-friendly. (From the Texas Governor's Office.)
