喷泉谷：县政委员在自由厅致谢化学品事件应急人员
9月30日，橙县第一区县政委员珍妮特·阮在喷泉谷自由厅（Freedom Hall）向参与今年5月花园林化学品事件应急的官员与工作人员致谢，并向每位参与者颁发县政褒扬状。今年5月21日，花园林市GKN航空航天公司一处储罐过热并泄漏化学品蒸气，约5万名居民被疏散，自由厅连夜搭起行军床安置居民。阮表示，各方配合专业，在混乱中保持了秩序。
Fountain Valley: Supervisor Thanks Chemical-Incident Responders at Freedom Hall
On September 30, Orange County First District Supervisor Janet Nguyen thanked officials and staff who responded to the May chemical incident in Garden Grove, at a gathering at Freedom Hall in Fountain Valley, presenting each participant with a county proclamation. On May 21, a storage tank at a GKN Aerospace facility in Garden Grove overheated and vented chemical vapors, prompting the evacuation of roughly 50,000 residents; cots were set up overnight at Freedom Hall to shelter evacuees. Nguyen said the agencies worked professionally and kept order amid the chaos.
