WalletHub报告：阿肯色州列全美第五不安全州
据《阿肯色时报》10月8日报道，在WalletHub 10月5日发布的2026年全美最安全州报告中，阿肯色州排名第46位，为全美第五不安全的州。
排名垫底的五个州为：密西西比州（第50）、路易斯安那州（第49）、德克萨斯州（第48）、佛罗里达州（第47）和阿肯色州（第46）。WalletHub从人身与住宅安全、财务安全、道路安全、职场安全和应急准备五大类52项指标对50个州打分。
《阿肯色时报》将这一排名与州长萨拉·桑德斯2023年推行的监狱政策联系起来，指出该州在FBI 2024年数据中暴力犯罪排名第47，职场安全排名第35。
WalletHub的报告为年度比较，综合考量犯罪率、自然灾害风险、交通事故死亡率等公共安全指标。
Arkansas Ranked 5th-Least-Safe State in WalletHub's 2026 Report
Arkansas ranks as the fifth-least-safe state in America, placing 46th in WalletHub's 2026 Safest States report released October 5, the Arkansas Times reported on October 8.
The bottom five states were Mississippi (50th), Louisiana (49th), Texas (48th), Florida (47th) and Arkansas (46th). WalletHub scored all 50 states across 52 indicators in five categories: personal and residential safety, financial safety, road safety, workplace safety and emergency preparedness.
The Arkansas Times tied the ranking to Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders' prison policies enacted in 2023, noting the state ranked 47th in violent crime in the FBI's 2024 data and 35th in workplace safety.
WalletHub's report is an annual comparison that weighs crime rates, natural-disaster risk, traffic fatalities and other measures of public safety.
