尔湾华裔经纪人案听证：联邦法官裁定不准保释、还押候审
洛杉矶联邦法院10月7日就尔湾华裔地产经纪人张婉莹（Wanying Zhang）案举行羁押听证，法官 Steve Kim 裁定她有潜逃风险，不准保释、还押联邦法警候审，下次出庭定于10月19日。34岁的张婉莹10月4日在洛杉矶国际机场被捕，被控未登记充当中国政府代理人；司法部诉状称，她于2025年6至9月赴西雅图郊区监视台湾总统赖清德之子一家住所并拍照回传。她目前仅被指控、尚未正式起诉。（GSM 据美联社、司法部与10月7日法庭报道）
Irvine Realtor's Bail Denied in Alleged China Agent Case
At an Oct. 7 detention hearing in Los Angeles federal court, Magistrate Judge Steve Kim ordered Irvine real-estate agent Wanying "Heather" Zhang held without bail as a flight risk, with her next court date Oct. 19. Zhang, 34, was arrested Oct. 4 at LAX and is charged with acting as an unregistered agent of China; the DOJ complaint alleges she surveilled the Seattle-area home of Taiwanese President Lai Ching-te's son and family from June to September 2025, sending photos back.
