莫雷诺谷市议会全票通过 要求州水务委员会复核区域水质命令
莫雷诺谷市议会10月6日在闭门会议讨论潜在诉讼后，以5比0投票指示市检察官向加州水资源控制委员会请愿，要求复核圣安娜区域水质控制委员会通过的R8-2026-0034号命令及相关NPDES许可证CAS618000号。该命令由圣安娜区域水质控制委员会通过，市议会此次表决要求州级水务机构对命令及许可证进行复核。
Moreno Valley Council Votes Unanimously to Ask State Water Board to Review Regional Water Order
After a closed-session discussion of potential litigation on Oct. 6, the Moreno Valley City Council voted 5-0 to direct the city attorney to petition the California State Water Resources Control Board to review the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board's adoption of Order R8-2026-0034 and the associated NPDES permit CAS618000.
