蒙特克莱尔：研究称A线延伸可推高周边房价约12%，市议会听取报告
Beacon Economics研究主任斯塔福德·尼科尔斯10月7日向蒙特克莱尔市议会报告，A线延伸至蒙特克莱尔交通中心可使沿线房产价值提高约12%，仅蒙特克莱尔就约增3.2亿美元，蒙特克莱尔、阿普兰与克莱蒙特合计约5.56亿美元。
报告还预计项目可支撑约56亿美元建设投资，并在全面建成后每年为该市带来约900万美元税收。
Montclair: Study estimates A Line extension could lift nearby property values about 12%, council hears
Stafford Nichols, research director at Beacon Economics, told the Montclair City Council on October 7 that extending the A Line to the Montclair Transportation Center could raise nearby property values by about 12% — roughly $320 million in Montclair alone, and about $556 million across Montclair, Upland and Claremont combined.
The study also estimates the project could support about $5.6 billion in construction investment and generate about $9 million a year in tax revenue for the city at full build-out.
