巴斯托：市议会推进BNSF国际门户项目房产税分成协议
巴斯托市议会10月6日一致批准与BNSF国际门户项目相关的两项地方机构重组委员会兼并房产税收入分成协议。
工作人员称，采取行动是推进地方机构重组程序所必需的，尽管有居民因环境诉讼与消防响应问题要求推迟。该项目为占地约4500英亩的铁路综合设施，计划配套铁路货场、联运设施与转运仓库。
Barstow: City Council advances property-tax sharing agreements for BNSF International Gateway project
The Barstow City Council on October 6 unanimously approved two negotiated property-tax revenue exchange agreements tied to LAFCO annexations for the BNSF Barstow International Gateway project.
City staff said action was required to move the LAFCO process forward, despite residents urging a delay over environmental litigation and fire-response questions. The project is a roughly 4,500-acre integrated rail facility planned with a rail yard, an intermodal facility and transload warehouses.
