檀香山一家烘焙坊被卫生部勒令停业
夏威夷州卫生部食品安全处 10 月 7 日向檀香山的金币烘焙坊发出"红牌"，责令其立即停业。这家位于科尔本街1814 号的烘焙坊由 GU Industrial & Business Corporation 经营，检查人员在现场发现涉及冷藏、包装、设备清洁和热水供应等方面的问题。
红牌是其中的严厉执法措施，意味着场所必须先纠正全部违规事项、再通过复查，才能重新开门营业。卫生部已安排 10 月 9 日对该店进行复查。
Honolulu Bakery Ordered Closed as Health Department Issues Red Placard
The Hawai'i Department of Health's Food Safety Branch issued a red placard on October 7, 2026, ordering the immediate closure of Golden Coin Bake Shop at 1814 Colburn Street in Honolulu. The establishment, operated by GU Industrial & Business Corporation, was cited following an inspection that raised concerns involving refrigeration, packaging, equipment cleanliness and hot water supplies.
Under Hawai'i's placarding system, a red placard is the department's most serious enforcement action and means a food establishment may not reopen until the identified violations have been corrected and a follow-up inspection has been completed. Health officials scheduled the follow-up visit for October 9.
