SpaceX拟筹资400亿美元大批采购英伟达芯片 阿波罗牵头安排
据英国《金融时报》10月6日报道、路透社同日跟进，SpaceX 计划筹资约400亿美元，大量采购英伟达 AI 芯片，交易由资产管理公司阿波罗全球管理牵头安排。
融资结构约为100亿美元银行贷款加300亿美元投资级债券，债券基金 PIMCO 在洽谈出资的贷款方之列；整笔交易预计2027年完成。马斯克此前表示，其 xAI 的 Colossus 2 数据中心到今年12月所用英伟达芯片数量可翻倍以上。
SpaceX、阿波罗与英伟达均未予置评，PIMCO 拒绝置评。消息传出后，SpaceX 股价盘后跌约1%，英伟达涨约0.5%。（GSM 据路透社报道编译）
SpaceX Plans $40B Raise to Buy Nvidia Chips in Apollo-Led Deal
SpaceX plans to raise about $40 billion to buy Nvidia AI chips in a financing arranged by Apollo Global Management, the Financial Times reported on Oct. 6, with Reuters following the same day.
The package reportedly combines about $10 billion in bank loans with $30 billion in investment-grade bonds; PIMCO is among the lenders in talks, and closing is expected in 2027. Elon Musk has said xAI's Colossus 2 data center could more than double its Nvidia chip count by December.
SpaceX, Apollo and Nvidia declined to comment; PIMCO also declined. SpaceX shares slipped about 1% after hours on the news while Nvidia gained roughly 0.5%. (GSM, from Reuters reporting)
