工会与左翼政党递交逾10万签名 反对集体协议凌驾最低工资
瑞士工会联合会（SGB）、Travail.Suisse 工会组织以及社会民主党、绿党10月7日（周三）在伯尔尼递交了超过10万个公民签名，反对联邦议会通过的一项立法动议——该动议拟让全国性集体劳动协议（GAV）的工资条款优先于各州和市镇自行制定的最低工资标准。签名数量达到法定门槛5万个的两倍，预计将触发全民公投。
发起方指出，日内瓦、纳沙泰尔等州已经通过地方立法或公投确立最低工资，若联邦层面让集体协议优先，等于架空各州选民的决定。日内瓦方面设有保障条款；该州同时宣布，自2027年1月1日起，其最低工资将从每小时24.59瑞郎上调至24.73瑞郎。
支持议会动议的一方认为，统一的行业集体协议能减少地区规则碎片化，有利于跨州经营的企业。联邦总理府将核验签名有效性；如无意外，该议题的全民投票可能安排在2027年2月或6月的投票日。
最低工资之争是瑞士近年劳工议题的焦点之一：瑞士没有全国统一的法定最低工资，多个州和城市已自行立法，联邦与地方的权限划分因此屡成争议。

Unions Submit 100,000+ Signatures Against Move to Override Cantonal Minimum Wages
The Swiss Trade Union Federation (SGB), Travail.Suisse, the Social Democratic Party and the Greens submitted more than 100,000 signatures in Bern on Wednesday 7 October against a parliamentary move that would let sector-wide collective labour agreements (GAV) take precedence over minimum wages set by individual cantons and municipalities. The haul is double the 50,000 signatures legally required and is expected to trigger a nationwide referendum.
The campaigners argue that cantons such as Geneva and Neuchâtel have established minimum wages through local legislation or votes, and that federal precedence for collective agreements would override those democratic decisions. Geneva has a safeguard clause; the canton also announced that its minimum wage will rise from CHF 24.59 to CHF 24.73 per hour on 1 January 2027.
Backers of the parliamentary motion say uniform industry agreements reduce regulatory fragmentation for companies operating across cantons. The Federal Chancellery will now verify the signatures; a popular vote is likely in February or June 2027.
Switzerland has no nationwide statutory minimum wage, and several cantons and cities have legislated their own — making the division of powers between Bern and the cantons a recurring point of contention.
