塔斯廷：市议会通过水手教会开发协议与老年公寓项目
塔斯廷市议会10月6日以3比1投票，通过水手教会（Mariners Church）开发协议条例的二读与采纳，推进其在塔斯廷遗产区（Tustin Legacy）新建宗教集会场所。同场会议还以3比1批准处置开发协议，在遗产区建设一处172套单元的老年公寓与记忆照护中心，其中包含可负担单元。两项表决中，均有议员对程序与社区使用保障提出关切。
Tustin: Council Approves Mariners Church Agreement and Senior Living Project
On October 6, the Tustin City Council voted 3–1 to approve the second reading and adoption of the development agreement ordinance for Mariners Church, advancing its new religious assembly facility at Tustin Legacy. At the same meeting, the council voted 3–1 to approve a disposition and development agreement for a 172-unit senior living and memory care facility at Tustin Legacy, including affordable units. Both votes drew concerns from a council member over process and community-use guarantees.
