普拉森夏市议会于10月6日以5比0的投票结果，要求市府工作人员与市民财政可持续工作组复核老城街景项目的增税融资区（EIFD）资金假设，并在更新成本估算与发债规模后再次汇报。此前会议就成本估算与发债规模辩论了数小时，议会决定在融资方案更新前暂不推进发债。
Placentia: Council Directs Review of Old Town Streetscape Financing
On October 6, the Placentia City Council voted 5–0 to direct city staff and the Citizens Fiscal Sustainability Task Force to review the EIFD (Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District) funding assumptions for the Old Town Streetscape project and return with updated cost estimates and bond sizing. After hours of debate over cost estimates and bond sizing, the council decided not to proceed with bond financing until the funding plan is updated.
