FBI 前官员举报：特朗普因一条 TikTok 下令调查南加反 ICE 抗议者

Whistleblower: Trump Ordered FBI Probe of SoCal Anti-ICE Protesters Over a TikTok
Jill Fields, a former supervisory intelligence analyst in the FBI's Los Angeles field office, has filed a whistleblower complaint with the Senate Judiciary Committee alleging the FBI opened preliminary investigations targeting anti-ICE protesters in Southern California in early 2025 following demands from President Trump and administration officials — a move she believes violated the law and agency policy.
In at least one instance, the FBI began investigating protesters after Trump demanded a probe of people he saw in a TikTok video showing demonstrators against ICE and Customs and Border Protection in Alhambra, California, where protesters used bullhorns to warn neighbors about immigration-enforcement officers nearby, the disclosure says. CNN has reviewed the complaint.
A Justice Department spokesperson said the DOJ will “vigorously uphold the First Amendment rights of all Americans,” adding it has “a responsibility to investigate any potential violations of federal law.” The FBI and White House have not responded to requests for comment. (CNN, Oct. 6)
