国家气象局发布洛杉矶县洪水预警：持续降雨，低洼路段注意行车安全
美国国家气象局10月5日下午5点34分针对洛杉矶县发布洪水预警，持续至当晚7点半。气象局称，持续降雨可能导致低洼和排水不良地区出现轻微内涝，部分路段或有积水。
气象局提醒：“遇到被淹道路请掉头，不要涉水驾车——大多数洪水死亡发生在车辆中。”南加居民出行请注意路况，避开易涝路段。
NWS Issues Flood Advisory for LA County Amid Persistent Rainfall
The National Weather Service issued a flood advisory for Los Angeles County at 5:34 p.m. on Oct. 5, in effect until 7:30 p.m., warning of minor flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas with water over roadways amid persistent rainfall.
"Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles," the NWS advised. SoCal residents should watch road conditions and avoid flood-prone routes.
