The UAE announced the launch of the 'Nawat Al Qura' accelerator on October 5, a programme to support entrepreneurs in villages across the Emirates and help them turn practical skills into sustainable business opportunities, according to UAE media news summaries that day.
Village economies are a newer strand of the UAE's diversification agenda.
