Cush Medical Plaza Breaks Ground in La Mesa: 52,600 Square Feet Next to Grossmont Hospital
Rainbow Investment Co. announced that construction is underway on Cush Medical Plaza in La Mesa. The two-story, approximately 52,600-square-foot Class A medical office building sits adjacent to the Sharp Grossmont Hospital campus. The first floor will offer multi-tenant medical office space, while the second floor will house a Sharp family medicine residency clinic combining family practice with physician residency training. The building was designed by Ware Malcomb and is being built by Turner Construction, giving physicians near the hospital room to expand their practices.
