奇诺岗：加州区域多重上市服务起诉Compass，捍卫房源合作规则
总部位于奇诺岗的加州区域多重上市服务（CRMLS）10月5日宣布，已向纽约南区联邦法院提起诉讼，寻求确认其房源合作规则公平、促进竞争且合法。
CRMLS称，Compass希望在享受多重上市服务的同时不提交自有待售房源，造成不平等市场。CRMLS同时筹建多重上市服务合作法律辩护基金，支持消费者透明与平等房源准入。
Chino Hills: California Regional MLS sues Compass in defense of its listing cooperation rules
California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS), headquartered in Chino Hills, announced on October 5 that it has filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeking a declaratory judgment that its listing cooperation rules are fair, procompetitive and lawful.
CRMLS says Compass wants to benefit from access to the multiple listing service while keeping its own for-sale listings off the MLS, creating an unequal marketplace. CRMLS is also forming an MLS Cooperation Legal Defense Fund in support of consumer transparency and equal listing access.
