比弗利山庄将十月定为文明月 20日表彰文明奖得主
比弗利山庄市将10月定为文明月，由健康与人际关系委员会推动，倡导居民、企业与雇员在日常交往中保持友善、尊重与负责。相关倡议可追溯至2010年，文明奖自2012年起颁发，表彰在邻里关系中作出表率的社区成员。今年的获奖者将于10月20日晚7时在市政厅议会厅接受市议会表彰，会议可通过市府直播观看。
Beverly Hills Marks October as Civility Month, With Civility Award Recognition on October 20
The City of Beverly Hills has designated October as Civility Month, with the Health and Human Relations Commission encouraging residents, businesses and employees to practice kindness, respect and responsible conduct in everyday interactions. The initiative dates to 2010, and the Embrace Civility Award has been presented since 2012 to community members who model positive neighbor relations. This year's recipient will be recognized by the City Council on October 20 at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, and the meeting can be watched through the city's live-meeting service.
