三处设施共2644个床位，包括1280床的阿德兰托西区移民处理中心、660床的东区处理中心和704床的沙漠景附属设施。GEO预计扣除税费等支出后净收益约7.05亿美元，并将继续按与移民与海关执法局的现有合同在三处设施提供支持服务。
Adelanto: GEO Group sells three immigration detention facilities to the federal government for $950 million
The GEO Group announced on October 5 that it has sold its three immigration detention facilities in Adelanto to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for $950 million, with the transaction signed and closed on October 2.
The three facilities hold a combined 2,644 beds: the 1,280-bed Adelanto West ICE Processing Center, the 660-bed Adelanto East ICE Processing Center and the 704-bed Desert View Annex. GEO expects net proceeds of about $705 million after taxes and expenses, and will continue providing support services at the facilities under its existing contract with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
