热气球节“新墨西哥日”：本州居民免费入场
阿尔伯克基国际热气球节10月5日迎来“新墨西哥日”，本州居民凭有效证件可免费入场。据组委会10月6日发布的消息，当天数以万计的本地居民涌入热气球公园，观赏数百只造型各异的热气球点火升空。阿尔伯克基国际热气球节创办于1972年，是全球规模最大的热气球盛会，每年吸引来自世界各地的飞行员与游客。“新墨西哥日”是组委会回馈本地社区的传统，旨在让更多本州家庭共享这一盛事。今年的热气球节为期九天，期间还安排了夜间灯光秀、特形热气球巡游等多项活动。
Balloon Fiesta's 'New Mexico Day': Free Admission for Residents
The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta celebrated “New Mexico Day” on October 5, offering free admission to state residents with valid ID. According to organizers on October 6, tens of thousands of locals flocked to Balloon Fiesta Park to watch hundreds of colorful balloons ignite and lift off. Founded in 1972, the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is the world's largest ballooning event, drawing pilots and visitors from around the globe each year. New Mexico Day is the organizers' tradition of giving back to the local community so more in-state families can share the spectacle. This year's nine-day fiesta also features night glows, special-shape rodeos and other events.
