肯塔基州营商环境排名全美第13，州长称招商引资见成效
肯塔基州州长安迪·贝希尔10月5日宣布，肯塔基州在《Area Development》杂志“最适合经商的州”年度排名中位列第13。据州政府官网发布的消息，该排名综合考量劳动力素质、基础设施、税收政策与生活成本等多项指标。贝希尔表示，近年来肯塔基州在制造业与物流业招商引资方面成果显著，多个大型项目落户为当地创造了数千个就业岗位。州政府将继续完善激励政策，吸引更多企业投资。肯塔基州地处美国东部交通枢纽，近年来在电动汽车电池等新兴产业布局上动作频频。
Kentucky Ranks 13th in Top States for Doing Business
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear announced on October 5 that Kentucky ranks 13th in Area Development magazine's annual “Top States for Doing Business” ranking. According to the state government's website, the ranking weighs workforce quality, infrastructure, tax policy, cost of living and other factors. Beshear said Kentucky has posted strong results in manufacturing and logistics recruitment in recent years, with several large projects creating thousands of local jobs. The state will keep refining incentive policies to attract more corporate investment. Located at an eastern U.S. transportation crossroads, Kentucky has been moving aggressively into emerging sectors such as EV batteries.
