科罗拉多州提名丹佛机场土地进入“机会区2.0”
科罗拉多州州长贾里德·波利斯10月6日宣布，提名丹佛国际机场周边土地进入联邦“机会区2.0”计划。据丹佛机场官网发布的消息，入选机会区后，该区域的投资项目可享受资本利得税优惠，有望吸引更多物流、航空服务与商业开发投资。丹佛国际机场是美国最繁忙的机场之一，其周边仍有大量可开发土地，被视为丹佛都会区未来增长的重要引擎。波利斯表示，州政府希望借税收优惠撬动私人资本，在机场周边打造新的就业中心。提名名单已上报联邦财政部等待最终认定。
Colorado Nominates Denver Airport Land for Opportunity Zone 2.0
Colorado Governor Jared Polis announced on October 6 the nomination of land around Denver International Airport for the federal Opportunity Zone 2.0 program. According to the airport's website, designation would make investments in the area eligible for capital gains tax breaks, potentially attracting logistics, aviation services and commercial development. Denver International is among America's busiest airports, and its surroundings hold large tracts of developable land seen as a key future growth engine for the metro area. Polis said the state hopes tax incentives will unlock private capital and create a new jobs hub around the airport. The nominations have been submitted to the U.S. Treasury for final approval.
