德州宣布第九笔“能源基金”贷款：在西德州建452兆瓦天然气电厂
奥斯汀——德州州长格雷格·阿博特10月7日宣布，德州能源基金（TxEF）第九笔贷款获批，用于在里夫斯县建设一座452兆瓦的天然气发电厂，发电量可供约11万户德州家庭使用。
该项目由 Pecos Power Plant LLC 开发，联合发起方包括 Mercuria 与 Continental Resources，预计2027年开始为德州电力可靠性委员会（ERCOT）电网供电。州公用事业委员会主席托马斯·格里森说，该电厂具备快速启动能力，能应对波动需求，其设计也适应西德州冬季气候，将为德州家庭与企业提供可靠电源。

Texas Announces Ninth Energy Fund Loan for 452 MW West Texas Natural Gas Plant
AUSTIN — Governor Greg Abbott announced on October 7 the ninth Texas Energy Fund (TxEF) loan, backing a 452-megawatt natural gas power plant in Reeves County with enough electricity to power approximately 110,000 Texas homes.
Developed by Pecos Power Plant LLC with co-sponsors Mercuria and Continental Resources, the project is set to begin generating power for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) grid in 2027. PUCT Chairman Thomas Gleeson said the facility's quick-start capabilities will meet fluctuating demand and its design suits West Texas winters, adding dependable power for Texas families and businesses.
"Texas is the energy capital of the world because we build the power our economy needs," Abbott said. The eight projects already approved through the TxEF In-ERCOT Generation Loan Program represent 4,994 MW of new, reliable power for the grid. The program provides low-interest loans for projects adding new, reliable generation.
