帕特里克·威尔逊当选阿肯色州律师协会候任会长：提名10月5日截止无对手
小石城——阿肯色州律师协会宣布，小石城律师帕特里克·威尔逊（Patrick Wilson）被提名为协会候任会长（President-Elect Designee）。提名于10月5日截止，威尔逊是唯一候选人。
威尔逊是小石城赖特·林赛·詹宁斯律师事务所（Wright Lindsey Jennings）的合伙人，执业领域包括建筑法、银行法与合同法。按协会章程，他将于2027年6月正式就任候任会长，2028年接任会长。
阿肯色州律师协会成立于1898年，是全州律师的自愿性专业组织，现有会员4,000多人，负责律师继续教育、职业道德规范与公众法律服务项目。协会会长任期一年，候任会长制度旨在保证领导层的平稳交接。
威尔逊在声明中表示，将致力于服务全州律师会员、推动法律职业发展，并加强协会与社区的联系。

Patrick Wilson Named Arkansas Bar Association President-Elect Designee; Nominations Closed Oct. 5 Unopposed
LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Bar Association has named Little Rock attorney Patrick Wilson as its President-Elect Designee. Nominations closed Oct. 5, with Wilson as the sole candidate.
Wilson is a partner at Wright Lindsey Jennings in Little Rock, practicing construction, banking and contract law. Under the association's bylaws, he will take office as president-elect in June 2027 and become president in 2028.
Founded in 1898, the Arkansas Bar Association is the state's voluntary professional organization for lawyers, with more than 4,000 members, overseeing continuing legal education, ethics standards and public legal-service programs. The president serves a one-year term, and the president-elect system ensures a smooth leadership transition.
Wilson said in a statement he will work to serve lawyers across the state, advance the legal profession and strengthen the association's ties to the community.
