Texas A&M Downs Arkansas 34-7 in College Station
COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The Arkansas Razorbacks fell 34-7 at Texas A&M on Oct. 3, Aggies Wire reported, as the Aggies controlled the game from start to finish and held Arkansas to a single touchdown.
Texas A&M came out firing, spreading the ball around on offense while the defense made life miserable for the Razorbacks. Arkansas's quarterback committed multiple mistakes under pressure, and the Hogs never mounted a sustained response.
The loss deepens Arkansas's season woes and drops the Razorbacks further down the conference standings. The head coach admitted afterward the team failed to execute on either side of the ball and promised adjustments in the practice week.
Texas A&M, meanwhile, solidified its ranking and kept its playoff push on track, giving the home crowd a thoroughly satisfying blowout.
