曼哈顿海滩拟把停车规则并入新交通法 推分区付费停车
曼哈顿海滩市停车与公共改善委员会8月20日建议市议会通过修正案，将停车咪表相关条文从市政法典第3编移入新设的第14编，以支持分区付费停车系统。该系统将采用付费站、手机支付应用与车牌识别执法，取代传统的单一咪表模式。委员会以5比0通过建议。市议会将审议是否采纳，细节以最终通过的条例为准。
Manhattan Beach May Move Parking Rules Into a New Traffic Code to Enable Zone-Based Paid Parking
Manhattan Beach's Parking and Public Improvements Commission voted on August 20 to recommend that the City Council adopt amendments moving parking-meter provisions from Title 3 of the municipal code into a new Title 14, to support a zone-based paid parking system. The system would use pay stations, a mobile payment app and license-plate-recognition enforcement in place of the traditional single-meter model. The recommendation passed 5-0. The City Council will consider whether to adopt it, with details subject to the final ordinance.
