底特律非法通宵俱乐部枪案 25 岁男子被控三项一级谋杀
10 月 2 日，韦恩县检察官凯姆·沃西（Kym Worthy）在新闻发布会上宣布，25 岁的底特律男子克里斯托弗·拉斐尔·古奇（Christopher Rafael Gouch）因 9 月 27 日凌晨一间非法通宵俱乐部发生的枪击案被正式起诉，罪名包括三项一级谋杀、四项意图谋杀攻击罪及七项涉枪重罪。
检方称，枪案起因是两名女子因一部丢失的手机发生争执，冲突从俱乐部内蔓延到室外。古奇介入混战后拔枪射击，造成三人死亡、四人受伤，现场共发现 16 枚弹壳。案发地点位于底特律西区普雷斯特街 14800 号街区，是一家无照经营的通宵场所。
古奇当天在第 36 区法院过堂时作无罪答辩。辩护律师称其当事人当时是在保护正遭多人围殴的人、属于自卫，并以其无犯罪前科、合法持枪为由请求设定保释金；但治安法官最终裁定不得保释。古奇定于 10 月 9 日出席可能原因听证会。沃西在发布会上感叹："七人中枪、三人死亡，起因竟是一部手机。"

Man Charged With Murder in Detroit After-Hours Club Mass Shooting
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced at an October 2 news conference that Christopher Rafael Gouch, 25, of Detroit has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, four counts of assault with intent to murder and seven felony firearm counts in the September 27 mass shooting at an illegal after-hours club on the city's west side.
Prosecutors say a fight between two women over a missing cell phone spilled from inside the unlicensed club on Prest Street to the street outside, where Gouch joined the melee and opened fire, killing three people and wounding four. Investigators recovered 16 shell casings at the scene.
Gouch pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in 36th District Court. His attorney argued he acted in self-defense while protecting someone being attacked and asked for bond, but the magistrate ordered him held without bond. A probable cause conference is set for October 9.
